With the Best Wishes of Long Life,
Full of Happiness & Peace,
This Poem is Dedicated to My Lovely & Kind Friend:
Suzan,
In Honor of Her Birthday.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
There is a crevice between us
Bigger than civilization
We can just fuse our looks
To construct a bridge.
Hoping to reach her mother
The river ran in the valley
But stopped behind a dam
The trout jumped off home
And winked at the sun.
And old woman coughed
Gathering some heathers
To make a teddy bear
To present her daughter.
Some fishermen raced fishing
To win a gold medal
They went on
Till about the night
And cut off a young tree branches’
To set off a fire
Making their night alight
Getting too happy and warm
They lay on the heathers.
And we are still standing here
Gazing at each other.
